Review: NITE Hawk Night Fall watch

British Brand – Swiss Made

I just received the Night Fall variant of the NITE Hawk from the British brand NITE Watches. This beast (51mm) is a UK-designed all-terrain warrior with a Swiss soul, packing the highest-rated T100 tritium illumination for that constant, self-powered glow you can actually rely on. This will be my second NITE watch, the other being my NITE Alpha Crest.

My Take-

My Rating

It’s large, coming in at 51mm. On my wrist, it’s good, as I am 7+ inches. In daylight, you don’t see the minute markers, only the 5,10,15 etc. The dial sits deep in its case. I like it. Gives it some depth. The bezel is also slighly raised like a dinner plate which will aid in crystal protection.

It has a nice lightweight polycarbonate case, screw down crown, sapphire crystal, T100 lume that blasts! The Isobrite does not have a screw-down crown, and the second hand is black instead of red. Other than that, they are almost the same watch visually. I like the pop from that red second hand a lot.

The Rubber strap is awesome; very supple. It came with two straps but this is the one I’ll be using. The NATO I got with it is also very good, but not the silkyest.

It’s very lightweight. All the new carbon-based cases are now very lightweight. Again, I like that. When I want to feel some weight in my watch, and I do sometimes, I reach for my NITE Alpha Crest.

My first impression is that this watch is very similar to the Isobrite 3003, but if you read on, you’ll find out why I like it better. If you want to know straight away which is the brighter watch at night, this one is.

So, all in all, this one is a stunner. The T100 and the super clear sapphire and lightweight case make this one a no-brainer.

Features

  • Reinforced Polycarbonate Case: Super lightweight at just 70g yet tough as nails, this black case shrugs off impacts and keeps things feather-light on your wrist—perfect for extended ops or all-day wear without the bulk.
  • Swiss-Made Movement: Powered by the reliable Ronda 715Li quartz caliber with a date window, delivering pinpoint accuracy you can trust in the field, backed by a 10-year battery life for worry-free reliability.
  • T100 Tritium Illumination: The crown jewel here—NITE’s top-tier GTLS (Gaseous Tritium Light Source) tech with the maximum allowable tritium dose for extra-bright, perpetual green or orange glow on hands, markers, and bezel dots. It’s the gold standard for low-light legibility, outshining lesser lume that fades after a few hours.
  • Sapphire Crystal: Ultra-scratch-resistant with triple anti-reflective coating for crystal-clear views day or night, ensuring no glare or fog when you’re pushing limits underwater or in the wild.
  • Unidirectional Bezel: Counter-clockwise rotating for safe dive timing and air supply tracking, with tritium pip for easy reference in the blackest voids—ideal for divers or anyone timing high-stakes missions.
  • Dive-Ready Design: 200m water resistance, screw-down crown, and a compact 33mm dial amid the hefty case for balanced proportions, all wrapped in a military-inspired aesthetic that’s as functional as it is stealthy.

NITE HAWK Night Fall watch

This NITE HAWK Night Fall is the epitome of British ingenuity meets Swiss precision—a featherweight titan that’s built to conquer dives, deserts, or dead-of-night ops with unmatched visibility and durability. At a price that punches way above its weight in the tritium game, it’s a no-brainer for adventurers who demand gear that just works. What do you think—ready to go Night Fall yourself?

The final assembly and quality assurance for the NITE Hawk watch (and many other NITE quartz models) is generally done in their technical center in Hong Kong.

Here’s the full breakdown:

  • Design: United Kingdom (Christchurch, England)
  • Critical Components (Movement & Tritium Illumination): Switzerland
  • Assembly and Quality Assurance: Hong Kong
  • Dispatch: United Kingdom (Christchurch, England)

It’s worth noting that NITE’s newer Atlas automatic model is specifically highlighted as being Swiss-made (meaning it’s assembled in Switzerland), but the Hawk model typically follows the process with assembly in Hong Kong.

  1. Nice site, and great writing !!! Finally people are taking tritium watches seriously.

Just one thing, that watch is assembled in Asia, just like Protek, Isobrite, Deep Blue, and many alike. But it’s not a bad thing, it was made in one of the best tritium watch OEM factory, the only one I will choose if one day I decide to start a brand.
